"I recently remodeled my house and hired JM Wheeler to install window treatments for my entire house, including: wood shutters, fabric shades, and sliding glass door vertical blinds. The project included wood shutters for custom raked windows in my living room and master bedroom. I found the service responsive and the quality of materials and installation excellent. <br /> I received a response from Michelle within four hours of my initial email query.  Jeff came out a few days later to take measurements and discuss options for the shutters. Michelle came afterword to discuss options for the sliding glass door and linen shades. Both were professional and fun to work with. Everything was done in a timely manner. The only delay was caused by a backlog at the factory working on the custom shutters. The installation was flawless. <br /> It has been a year since the installation and the window coverings have been a pleasure to have and use. Many of my neighbors have mentioned how much they like the look both inside and out. My remodeling contractor, on a visit, also remarked on how well the shutters looked. <br /> I am very happy with the work done by JM Wheeler and they have my wholehearted recommendation. <br />"

"It was great. I think it took him 30 minutes to do it. It was fantastic. I thought I would have to repair or replace more than that. He actually said no and that I only had to replace the spring. I thought I would have to replace the operator that pull the door up. He saved me time, money and repaired the one thing that needed to be repaired. He was efficient. He came out the very next day. It was fast service. I didn't have to wait a week. He was busy and made time for my repair. I was happy about that. I thought it was a little pricey for the springs. He was honest, and he knew what he was doing. I'll call him again. The total price was $357 but he gave me an $18 discount."

"The owner , Daneil,  of Lock Genius was out of town but sent an affiiate ( who didn't work directly with him) over right away to assess our issue with door handle that would not work. The owner, Daniel was the nicest and most hard-working person I have probably ever dealt with for service/maintenance issues with our property or home. His affiliate charged $74 to assess issue and I waited a couple weeks for a call back to hear about what parts had been ordered and for a replacement but when I did not hear back I called Daniel and he went to work on it right away - the part was hard to obtain and he called may people to try to find a part but when he could not he figured out a way to use another part to work instead saving us  quite a bit of $ (replacement of door handle would have been $500-600 but in the end parts and labor by Daniel were only $174 more.) He even took a look at some othr things in our loft unit we were concerned about unrelated to the door/lock.  He was always so eager to help , kind and responsive by phone. I woudl highly recommend Daniel to anyone! <br />"
