I was in a pinch to get a room painted, power washing deck, patio and pool area as I was in the process of selling my home. Rich came on time. Gave me a fair quote. And best of all was able to rearrange a few other projects to fit me in to what I would call a small window of time I had. Work was professional and clean. But wait there is more! Power washing of the deck took a bit too much color out (Rich had said he would be aware to keep the pressure down a bit). But when it was done it really needed to be stained. No hesitation. Rich knew it had to be stained. Again he re-arranged his scheduled and came on a SUNDAY to finish the project. Now I am not saying to expect this on every job. But the Lord was looking over me and out of Angie's list came RAP painting!! Run, don't walk to you phone."

He provided an estimate, discussed details, and remained involved throughout the entire process. Despite a rainy period of many days, Rich worked continually to get the job done, and do it right. He kept us informed of progress, and was responsive to any questions or concerns we had along the way. Rich and his workers arrived early each day, and worked a full day. Workers were neat and careful, and did an excellent job. While their price was not the cheapest estimate we received, their work excellent. He was able to create a great surface from crumbling walls and great color even while handing the application challenges that no VOC paints possess. "He was very prompt and extremely polite and quiet. I was working form home while he painted and he didn't disturb me at all. I only have two complaints. He used outdoor primer in my kitchen, which smelled very bad and aggravated my asthma. Also, he didn't tape his edges, which led to a few slightly messy spots. All in all, he did a nice job and smoothed out the walls beautifully after all the damage from removing improperly installed wallpaper. I would hire him again, but I'd provide my own primer and ask him to tape crucial areas for neatness."

"Jose did a great job. He was able to remove old, nasty wallpaper in our foyer and gave it a fresh look. He also installed crown molding in the foyer, painted the stairs and installed trim around the entrances to the other rooms. He performed his work on schedule, even if that meant working late to finish the project. Overall I would definitely recommend him and would use him in the future."
