"We are a small 6-unit condo that needed a full exterior paint and some minor related repairs. Inevitably things come up on a job this size that are unexpected, and Bob made those easy to navigate and we always found a fair resolution. The full scope of work was successfully completed on budget and the results were appreciated by all the owners. Would definitely hire them again."

"Had a great experience with Wizard Painting. They painted my entire condo, walls, ceilings, trim and doors, and did an excellent job. They were reliable, always showing up on time as agreed, took great care of my property while painting, cleaned up everything and left my home in perfect condition. Would definitely use them again!"

"I am a landlord and hired Richard to paint and add stucco to my triplex. He also replaced fallen stucco from underneath my second story pathway with wood. He also fixed/added the wood trimmings to each (4) garage door. His work surpassed my expectations and he finished the job in a timely manner. His work is very neat, his woodwork is precise and outstanding. I am going to hire Richard again to paint the interior of my triplex in the near future and very excited about it. I would highly recommend Richard. He is honest, knowledgeable and talented."

"a responsible person, works very clean, I loved the work done in my house. 100% recommended ??"

"Home2Renovate painted the entire exterior of the house including the stucco and trim. They did an excellent job in prepping the house for the actual painting and they completed the house in a timely manner (5 and 1/2 days straight through). They were professional and took great pride in their work. They kept me informed throughout the process. They also installed rain gutters which complemented the paint scheme of the house. I would highly recommend them for home repair and painting projects."

"I have known Sergio for many years and more recently have gotten to know his son Bryan. He was originally referred to me by a neighbor when the time came to paint the exterior of my home. Sergio was a consummate professional from beginning to end. He was extremely helpful in working with us on paint schemes and when it came to the job, his prep work was methodic and precise as was the actual painting. The house looked amazing and we received many complements on it. Sergio subsequently painted the interior of our home and likewise did an amazing job. Since then, Sergio and Bryan have worked on painting jobs for my mother as well as on rental properties that I own. The quality of their work is always superb and just as importantly, their rates are very competitive. I wouldn't consider using anyone else on my painting projects. I highly recommend."

"Dave came in and did a fabulous job and the bedroom was more work than anticipated from my perspective once I cleaned it out. He was professional and experienced and the price was reasonable and mid range given the quotes I received. I will reach out to them for additional projects again. Highly recommend."
