"I don't even think I need to add words for you to see how happy I am with this project. I mean just look at it!! I had a vague vision of what I wanted and Matthew from Rainier Ridge made it a reality. I have nothing bad to say about the outcome or the overall experience. I cant go outside now without everyone who passes telling me how amazing it looks. About a year ago I contacted a few contractors for just the deck and it was almost the same price for all of this. My father was a construction foreman with the Seattle Union most of his life so of course he had to check out the work after and he said the work was amazing. Matt also knew I didn't know much about construction but made sure I was always in the loop and understood what they were doing and why. If there was a change or recommendation he would ask and detail the extra charges if I wanted to but never pressured me. New projects like this can be so intimidating but it honestly couldn't have gone any better or easier. "

"Precision Construction & Painting is an outstanding company to hire for dock repair or replacement. You won't be sorry if you hire them. We originally wanted the front top of our dock repaired but in the end we decided to have them replace the boards of the entire dock and the larger timbers that needed replacing underneath. Yaro is an amazing worker and they had the dock done in one week! They definitely aim to please. Another plus is they clean up and haul away all the old lumber and leave the area spotless. Once again, this is a top notch company to hire, they know their stuff."

"Earlier this year we had a few leaks coming into our home. Our roof was less then 5 years old we tried contacting original contractor to come out but they went out of business obviously. I found multiple contractors and everyone had a different opinion on why my roof was leaking after concluding Kirkland roofing was our best option with the best rate and quality we are very pleased that we choice them. "Geo came and gave me an estimate on 3 porch post and a beam and sent a contract that defined what needed to be done. Talked to the subcontractors who weren't aware of the conditions or wheather they needed to install post brackets or any other procedures. The subcontractors talked to me about the need to replace concrete surrounding post and I told them, yes replace. Later I reazlized they hadn't neither caulked nor replace necesary concrete. From what I saw, they probably used the wrong type of post brackets for my particular situation. Somebody from Roof4Life needs to check and verify project is done correctly before they let subcontractors leave. They are the experts not me."

"Unfortunately we had a pretty bad experience having our house re-sided with Planet Builders. Things started out well, Marcio and crew are very friendly and easy to talk to, but what was originally quoted as a ?4 week project? became a 3 month project. After the first week, they would only appear after repeated texting asking when they were coming back - and then they would be there and work for a couple days and then disappear again. They started in April and by the time they were finished, we were told it was too late into fall to paint. :( Also, they replaced a couple windows as part of the siding job and did a lot of damage to the inside of the house that we had to have repaired. The siders also covered over our fully functioning attic fan! We could not figure out why our house was so hot- and my husband went outside and said where the vent for the attic?! (It was under the siding). I complained to Marcio about the delays and the damage and he gave me $500 back (from a $30k project). Marcio was so nice, I wish the construction experience had been nice too!"
