"I want to thank Avi and his team for helping me stay within budget and fixing a terrible roof leakage. Not only that, but his team also found another area of my roof that was severely damp and needed repair with a new covering. Avi contacted me before repairing any additional findings and informed me of the issue, why it was important to repair, and the cost to fix it. I, of course, moved forward with the repair and pictures were taken to show the changes. The only reason I give them a 4 star rating is due to the confusion of being able to also clean the roof. At the beginning, I had asked for the repair of roof, a vent repair, and a cleaning of the roof (removing moss and using a powder to keep it from growing back). All of it was done including the additional repair, but the roof cleaning was not done to the expectation that was described to me. Multiple parts of the roof were missed and sadly, not all moss was removed. Because my roof is very steep, Avi made the decision to refund me a majority of the cost back for the cleaning, which I appreciated greatly. Though now I have to look for another roof cleaner. :( The rest of their work was beautiful and I truly felt like Avi cares for the work he and his team do. I mean, he even came back a few days later to show me all the changes when I requested it. If it came down to it, I would likely ask for their help again for any roof repair or complete replacement. :)"

Due to extensive water damage, new trim materials, flashing and Hardi Plank frames were installed & painted. A large 2x6 along the garage door was replaced, & the frame around the exit garage door was replaced & painted. Some cracks in the siding were also repaired & painted. They repaired some rotted beams that several other roofing companies would not touch, and saved us money in the long run by replacing our roof at the same time. "They did a great job with the installation. We had the roof from asphalt to metal roof. They were great as far as the installation they were great. Overall, They got it done in 4 working days. They cleaned up after themselves. We didn't have any issue with damage and all. We're happy with it. There we two things that happened. It was a very difficult to get a hold of them. During the installation process they only show up and leave and don't make any follow-up. They just need to improve their communication with customer. But overall, they were good. They did a fantastic job. They were very professional. Very happy with the quality."

"We are so glad that we chose Bluegrass Construction for our second story deck replacement. Everyone we dealt with was professional and courteous. They arrived when they said they would and cleaned up everything at the end of each day. They are very good at communication and worked with our schedule. Some changes had to be made to the deck to correct mistakes of the original builder. Bluegrass staff explained what they saw needed to happen and the reason for it. They also uncovered issues affecting our siding that we are going to have them come back and address in the spring. We were so impressed with them even before they started our project that we contracted them to rebuild my mother’s cedar deck. It turned out beautiful and is much better constructed than the original. The front porch railings also added to the appearance of our home and made it easier for older family members to climb the rounded flagstone step. I with we had done this several years earlier."

They also made an extra trip to the hardware store rather than going over an extra day to wait for needed supplies. Fast and hardworking! our new roof is so quiet - we can hardly hear the rain. I do wish it was not constantly dripping little roof pellets on my deck every time it rains, but I think this shall pass rather shortly as roofing is messy business!
