This included installing a cowling for a future wood stove in the roof during its replacement. All the staff I talked with throughout the process were nothing but amazing and kind. Gutter install went without a hitch as well, and the installer was very accommodating to our needs and requests. Wonderful company ran by great people. Highly recommend!!!"

"Jesus responded quickly to my inquery. We had to wait on snow but he called me when he saw a possible window to do the job. He came out and left me with a reasonable bid. He came back for two days worth of replacing my asphalt roof. I'm going to have him back to do some siding and trim work on the part of the roof I didn't have him replace, and to clean off accumulated debreis on the barn roof. He charged me the amount quoted and didn't try to inflate the costs. All materials were first rate. I'm very pleased."

They were very professional and straight forward from the beginning (estimate) no sales pressure, no drama, very straight forward and presented the materials right. "I believe North Star Roofing and Construction changed ownership sometime in the last few years or there are two companies with the same name, or something else is going on. I Googled Russ Oja who I always dealt with and found him on Linked In as the former owner. I looked on the Land I site

and found that Russ' license lapsed on 6/10/2012. So the North Star Roofing and Construction company that I dealt with is no more. Furthermore I see no North Star Roofing in Seattle listed on the Land I site.
I am writing this because Angie's List asked for a review. I'm not sure what I clicked or wrote that made them aware of my prior use of North Star. The North Star I used was addressed on Mukilteo Speedway in Lynwood. The North Star that Angie's List has prompted me to review is at 815 1st Ave in Seattle.
