"UPDATE 10/2/2022: After my review, I was contacted by Jaleen and was scheduled to have the remaining work completed. They showed up as scheduled and after the two days of work it was completed. I am extremely happy with the final result. I would love to give Paradise Patio 5 stars. However the fact that they have not finished the contracted project nor cleaned up the mess left from the work they have done I cannot do so. The work that has been done thus far is beautiful and was what I was looking for However an important part of the yard design was redoing the sprinkler system to ensure proper watering. I cannot get them to do this. I have been in contact with them multiple times a week for several months. They make promises and fail to keep them. I have tried to be patient and understanding but I am now being treated as if I am a bother and not a customer. I also made the mistake of paying the balance when they still had work to do because I told it was to be completed first thing the next morning. That was 3 wks ago so I have to hand water my yard to prevent the new plants from dying."

I was very pleased with this company and Bill, the owner as well as all the crew members who worked on this project. The work was done beautifully, the price reasonable and was completed without any delays or interruptions. This was not an easy project and I was very impressed with how hard and diligently every single member of the crew worked. They really were amazing. Bill was extremely helpful from the beginning to the end of the project. He listened carefully to what I wanted and made sure I was satisfied with the material selection. He also offered suggestions that improved the overall design of the project. The crew leader, Drew, was very pleasant to work with as he took the time to explain various technical issues and answer specific questions thoroughly. All in all, I am very happy with the work that was done. I am planning to have them come back for another project soon."
