"Couldn't ask for a better experience! From the initial phone call, contacts and the actual install, it was the best professionalism one could ask for. They handled the permitting and inspections. Luke, Brett and Tyler treated the job site like it was their own property. From initial greeting, job set up, install, cleanliness and breakdown. Other than the repaired foundation, it was like they were never there. Well done. Highly recommend this installation crew and this company."

"It took awhile to get the windows but when they were ready the company installed them in one day. The installers were very pleasant and professional and cleaned up after themselves."

"Screens are not what they say. I have so many gnats and so much windblown dirt in the window seals it's awful. The site says 10% discount for seniors. At what age do they consider to be senior? I didn't receive a discount either time and i'm 62. The second salesman was nice but pushy and very quick to put the contract in front of us. Not to happy with that.Overlooked a few details I wanted to discuss. Loved the first salesman we had which was a much more mature and helpful gentleman. Call back on checking work after it was finished didn't happen the second time. Overall I think they are way overpriced. Waiting on third install."

"They were very professional not only in terms of the work done but also in how they handled the business aspect of it. I liked them. They came out. The guy Tim Lee came in on the day he said he would come. We made an appointment and he was on time for the appointment which is important. Several of the people we called either didn't show up or were late. He was on time. He came and did an excellent appraisal of the scope of work. Within 24 hours he had turned around a proposal to us for the estimate. Once we had accepted it, we hired him. He showed up. He showed up on time. His workers were very good. He was finished within the week. They were great. We have absolutely no complaints. He was done by the 1st of April. I think he was probably just a tad more expensive than some, but I know that he undercut someone else. He was mid-range."

"The package was to include caulking and minor repairs, all exterior painting, washing and prepping of all surfaces, and labor. Paint was to be paid for by the homeowner. We ALSO had to purchase the caulking, the blue tape and papers for covering the windows. They were to start on either March 31 or April 1, but when I called Mike to let him know they could start on Apr. 1, he said they had another job to do that day, and they would start on April 2. They did start on April 2nd, but never showed up until almost 10 in the morning, and the same thing happened on the two following days. Mike did very little of the actual work, he left many, many times, especially on the first 2 days. He seemed to spend a lot of time on his cell phone, when the others were working. His "helpers', Julian and Marty, did 90% or more of the actual work, and they worked well. On the third day, when they thought they were done and were packing up to leave, we had to point out to them areas that needed to be touched up or finished. They also had to use our ladders which were in our garage, as they didn't seem to have any of their own. <br />     I also hired Mike to pressure wash our pool deck and fence, and we'd agreed on a price ($200) but the work was done by Marty and Julian, again. Mike told me at least 3 times during the course of the 3 days that he hadn't been paid by Angie's List yet, that Angie's List took 30% of his pay, and asked more than once about the price of the pressure washing. I told him that I paid up front for the entire job when I contracted him on Angie's List. We were considering having some additional staining or painting work done to the fence by Mike, but changed our minds by the third day. I feel that he may be having some financial stress, but that is not my concern with a contractor. I expect the contractor to keep his personal problems to himself. <br />"
