"This was not for power-washing, but rather for cleaning a very dusty concrete basement floor and back stairwell, as well as filling in cracks and also dyeing the concrete a darker shade. In addition, a very large amount of old junk was hauled away, my rusty bilco doors were sanded down, primed, and painted, and a few other handy jobs were satisfactorily fulfilled. The time management for the overall number of projects could have been much better and I would have preferred to receive a flat fee for some of the work rather than to have surprise extra costs; constantly popping up, hence making the overall project cost about a thousand dollars more than expected. But, ultimately, the quality of the work was satisfactory and for the most part I am pleased with the results."
