"I think we had one extra thing done above their standard. There was a little bit of a mix up when I talked to them on the phone to make the arrangements. They said to go ahead and move as much of the furniture out of the two rooms as you can and have it ready for them. When the crew got here, and they saw half of our furniture out on the front porch they said, “what’s all of this doing out here?” I said, “we were told to move everything that we could handle.” They said, “oh no, we’re supposed to move it for you.” So, having a bad back and moving all that furniture didn’t do me a whole lot of good, but that’s what happened. Otherwise the cleaning went well. It was a good price for that. It turned out that they did a real good job. I would probably try someone else to see what else is out there on the public market."

"Our newly purchased house has a musty smell. I called Mold Men and they responed promptly and came in 3 days. Matt checked the whole house and attic, he did not see the visible mold and suggest me to get other air duct cleaning service to clean the air which sounds the appropraite solution. I smelled the musty smell in attic and told him it might have roof leak. He could easly agreed with me and told me the attic need to be treated. But he said no sign of mold. So I think the company is trustful"

They pointed out trimming needed on a neighbor's overhanging tree, so that we could address it. Also offered useful feedback when I mentioned future plans to improve the fireplace. Very professional. "Best company ever!! Shannon got us a next day appt. Kurt our salesrep was awsome and didnt make us sit thru some long winded presentation. Compared to other companies we got a great fair price and our basement that was flooded is now dry as a bone! The workers really work hard and finished our entire basement in less than 2 days. They cleaned things up so welll after it was like they were never even there!! 5stars all the way!! If u want a great job and dry basement hire Basements love us!!!! Thank u"
