"Poor installation quality, lack of follow up for warranty coverage. They sub out to local contracts with apparently no quality controls. Gunner put on a new roof, new siding, new front doors, and new gutters. Not one of those was done to complete satisfaction. They covered my dryer vent with Hardie board which could have caused a fire if I didn't smell the burning smell while I was doing laundry. My front 2 doors came in the wrong size after 8 weeks and they had to reorder which took another 8 weeks. Finally, the doors were installed improperly: surrounding trim too short, covered a gap under the step with flashing, and didn't align the doors properly. The flat roof part had to be redone 3 times and it still wasn't properly installed. The property manager at the time, who has since left, was very nice and gave me $1500 credit. I had 2 other roofers out since to look at the problem and both said the flashing was installed improperly and they have to pull off boards etc and this will co"

"I am completely disappointed with the quality of work this company did. I had expensive gutter guard installed several years prior to the roofing replacement. Care was not taken to remove the guard during the project. In fact, the guard was removed from my property and I had to call to have them return it and replace it. Most of the replacement was done after dark using only a headlamp. The results are terrible and portions of gutter guard are now non-functional. There were other small problems also. I have called and left multiple messages with Kirk and none have been returned. If you were considering hiring this company, please contact me."

We have HVAC certification, as well as backflow preventive tester cert, lead RRP cert and gas line cert. Hourly rates are 55.00 per man hour for general labor and repair, 75.00 per man hour for plumbing, electrical, and HVAC. Regular hours are M-F 8-4:30 but we are available for emergency calls and can make time outside our normal schedule when needed.

It has nothing to do with a bad computer board. This company looks for a way to deny claims. i had one other claim and they tried to deny it as well. Save yourself some agravation and stay away. They must post their own positive reviews. They took my $65.00 fee and did nothing"
