"We had a lot of hail damage in our neighborhood. Mike Bauer was checking other roofs and we had him look at ours with his drone. He said we had more than sufficient damage to meet the criteria for Allstate to replace our roof under our coverage. He worked with us to file the claim and then with the Allstate adjusters. It ended up being a LONG battle with Allstate as one office seemed to simply refuse regardless of the detailed pictures and supporting adjuster reports. We FINALLY got through that barrier with Mike going to bat with us 1000% and Allstate covered it all. Capital Palmetto Builders did a GREAT job on replacing our roof and gutters and gutter guards. With all the banging on the roof during the old roofing shingle demolition, some of our cathedral ceilings had nail pops. We showed them to Mike and he immediately arranged for a crew to come in and fix them, even found others that I'd missed. They did the repairs and painting in a VERY professional manner. We couldn't be happier."

When Mr. Eduardo came to my home to give me an estimate for installing a new roof, he explained everything to me & showed me the shingles I could choose. He & his team started working early Monday morning 8/10/26 & was finished between 5:45 to 6:00 pm. They did excellent work, my roof looks very good & they cleaned up the area. I was very impressed with their expertise and agility on this 10/12 pitch roof. They worked from ropes and didn't need toeboards and that was a good selling point for me. Lakeside construction is the one you need to hire for all your roofing needs! They are wonderful! From the salesman Kevin who handled the insurance company so I did not have to, Tom who then called with all the details and scheduled my roof, the delivery man that brought all the supplies, and the roofers. I have two dogs and the roofers worked around letting them go potty twice....so nice. The roof is beautiful! They left my yard cleaner then it was before they came. They cleaned my front porch and back deck and raked the yard. There was zero trash left and not a single nail left. I could not be happier!!!

"After seeing a few commercials of Brighter Side Roofing, I asked my Daughter to contact them when my roof began to leak thru my laundry room ceiling a few weeks ago. Since I couldn't remember the name of the company, I waited for the commercial to appear again because I liked everything about it. Mr. Antonio Bridges, came out and went onto the roof to inspect the area I showed him from inside and returned to let us know there would be no charge due to the minor fix to the leak, Here we were prepared to replace the entire roof when only a few nails were needed.
