During the fall of 2018 I contracted with AHR to strip old siding and install new siding on the house and garage, install shutters, paint and seal cracks around the foundation and pave the driveway. Like before this project went off without a hitch. Project Manager Dan Falato was available for questions and ensured everything ran according to schedule. I originally wanted to paint the old siding. Dan’s knowledge and input convinced me new siding was a better choice. Dan was correct. AHR is simply the best. "I had REEM construction come to my house and had them redo the entire front of my house. New front steps for my front door, along with paver flooring and my front lawn retaining wall on both sides of my door. They did an amazing job and I couldn?t be happier. "When you find a good contractor, never let them go! I have had A&U do so many jobs at my home that I have lost count. This time, we needed some cement work to rebuild a collapsed trap in my garage and some minor re-sealing of an exterior door. A&U used a high quality cement that dried quickly and had less sand in it. They also did not just patch the collapsed trap: They basically re-built it. The most important job was new lighting and a new medicine cabinet in my bathroom. This is our second bathroom, and it's small. Mohammed was able to find a cabinet that was beautiful and fit the tiny space. The lighting is also significantly brighter than before. There were a number of issues that arose as they worked, but I never doubted they would get the job done and I'd be a happy customer. I will hire them again and again."

"Sam and his team did an excellent job replacing the pavers on the patio. His quote was considerably less than others I received. He explained in detail on his first visit how he would approach the different parts of the job, and what materials he would use. His team arrived on the day promised and finished on time. The new pavers are sloped correctly to the patio drain. There was a hidden defect that he had to deal with (the old pavers had been cemented in some areas of the patio) and he addressed the problem properly. That required an extra day of labor but the additional charge he asked for was very reasonable. I was happy with his work and recommend him. One suggestion to homeowners would be to clearly specify in your agreement who is responsible for returning or disposing of excess pavers."
