Daler arrived early and started work immediately, removing the old air conditioner and installing the new one with conscientious attention to detail and great care to do so without damaging the window frame. His young daughter Robia was also there, handing Daler the correct tools and paying close attention to his work; she is already a top-notch assistant to her Dad! The AC is now securely installed and Daler also took the time to install weather-stripping when he noticed that our window frame was just a tiny bit uneven. "The sliding door is great but took longer for it to come in than was told at first. The leveling of the porch floor is remarkable. The little 4x9 deck/steps for the sliding door came out nice but we are still waiting for a few little things to be done before the jobs are 100% completed. All in all they did a very good job."

Dave and his crew did exactly what they said they would do, on time and on budget. We had 34and quot; of water in our garage and crawlspace, which required sheetrock to be ripped out and replace, with mold spray on the studs. Dave did all that and repainted the garage perfectly. The water had blown out my crawlspace door, and Dave and his guys built it just like it had been. Our ductwork in the crawlspace was insulated on the inside and that was wet, so all that had to come out and be replaced. Finally, they scrubbed my garage floor and the cinderblock lower wall.
