"They were going to install a ceiling fan I had purchased, but when he came out, he said it would be an additional $250 to install the electrical box. We had already discussed the fact that it didn't have a box prior. so there was just bad communication."

"We have had NovaExteriors replace all our gutters, windows, sliding doors and front door over the last several years from the contractor grade products that the town house was built with. We have been very pleased with everything. They installed our steel front door about 10 years ago and we started to have issues with the deadbolt not aligning with the door jam and the rubber sweep wearing out over time. I contacted NovaExteriors, made my appointment and they arrived right on time and performed the needed maintenance that was required. The door is back to being perfect. Once again, we were very pleased with NovaExteriors, their prompt arrival and the quality of work. You can't go wrong with NovaExteriors."

"Excellent quality doors and exceptional care in installation."

"Very very impressed. For anyone that wants a window company that does a top notch job, sells an excellent product, and doesn't want to ever worry about any part of their window installation, this is the company to use in the DC area. For many of you, you probably started out like I did, looking for the best value, generally optimizing for price. The more and more I dug into Wow, the more I realized how horribly wrong things can go with getting the wrong type of window, choosing a mediocre manufacturer, and ending up with a subpar installation. My experience with Wow was none of these things. They sell a very high quality product, the OKNA 700s, gave me a lot of confidence they would fix any issues that arrive.for the next 20 years or more and did a picture perfect installation. From the detail on the caulking and insulation to making sure none of my drywall was damaged, I was incredibly impressed. Are they the cheapest in town? No. But they are the best. If you want to buy windows and not have to worry about the installation, quality of the windows or lifetime issues around the windows... use these guys. Hands down."

"I had two old sliding glass doors where the wood around the glass was rotting. The needed to be replaced. I went to the Germantown Home Show and got three companies to come out and do an estimate. Presidential was easily the best choice of the three. The doors got ordered and a month or so later they arrived and were installed the next day. The crew from Presidential was professional and courteous. The door installation went quick and they cleaned up like they weren't even there. I am very pleased with my new doors."

"Curtis came in for an estimate and gave us a fair price on a new sliding door installation for our walk-out basement. They were able to come in the very next day for the install. The crew were very prompt and friendly and left everything in tip top shape. Very happy with our new door, it made a big difference!"

"NOVA Exteriors did a wonderful job replacing 3 exterior doors at our home. They checked every box one could ask for. Rob our sales rep was patient and understanding of our needs - even coming back a second time as we had a hard time deciding on what we wanted. Their team worked quickly and did a great job installing some beautiful new doors. We noticed after the installation that there were some imperfections on the hardware installed and they have agreed to replace them & their customer service was top notch. They responded quickly to some minor concerns and went above and beyond to fix the problem. While doors are never cheap, their price was right in line with other Provia vendors and 1/2 the price of Pella vendors. I'd highly recommend them."
