"I was quickly called and offered a 4hour voucher $39 then unclear explanation of automatic ForeverClean membership of $59.00 plus extra charge of hourly by selected employee. I explained my flooring ( all hard wood). Maria who accepted and confirmed to come at (am 4/22/26- Today- did not come and texted me at 6:30 that her car making noise on her way over to my home- ( which she also confirmed with me via telephone knowing where my home was). All morning unable to reach a supervisor- First even with a voucher I should be able to say I am satisfied with services before an automatic 6 month agreement just assumed no papers signed- just NOT PROFESSIONAL. Angi - I would SERIOUSLY RETHINK OFFERRING HOMEAGLOW as 5 star rating. Thank You Natalie- So Basically after being quickly taken advantage of -there is no way besides email to Complain. Obviously I don't want the Voucher and am cancelling CC used."
