One of the reasons I chose AHR was not just due to the best price, they came in line with other estimates I received, but because they included things with their final price that similar companies had as add-ons at an extra cost such as the dumpster and gutter system. I did not know what to expect as this was the first time I've had these things replaced. My rep John was awesome, he was professional, friendly and accommodating, and was able to work with me on the spot vs. "I have to check back to the owners" which I got from other companies. John was readily available by phone, text, and in person. He walked me through all the steps, timelines, and the whole process. After the crew finished, he took my list of 'nit-pick' things and made sure they were addressed. "Completely replaced a roof and gutters with this company. I developed leaks a couple of weeks after the installation, gutters were clogged from the beginning, and they were not properly secured to the walls. They were paid in full, with reassurances that should there be any issues, they will respond. I attempted at the very least 25 times (no exaggeration) to reach them and have this matter resolved and when they did answer and an appointment was set up, they never showed or bothered to call to reschedule, I am still waiting for their call!"
