"The Project Manager, Bryan Murphy, contacted me within 24 hours to schedule an appointment and came out the very next day. He was very thorough in his inspection checking the roof as well inside rooms and attic. He quickly noticed an issue with one of the main vent pipes/caps and damaged roofing surrounding the area. He took photos and shared them with me along with his recommendations and estimate. The following day his crew came out and within an hour had the job completed to my satisfaction at a very fair price. "My car interior, especially the rear, was atrocious. I had bought it a few months before my son was born, and after almost 8 years the back seat was horrible. They did a great job, but there were still some fairly large stains; not sure if it was just impossible to get out, or if there was something more they could have done. It also took a solid 3 days for the interior to dry out entirely, and being winter I couldn't leave the windows down all the time. A week later there was a faint mildew smell that I had to address with Fabreeze. Overall, they brought the car from "absolutely horrible" to "passable", which was great. They were also courteous and professional-no complaints in that regard. It just didn't look like it had been detailed when they were finished; maybe my expectations were to high after reading some of the other reviews?

"They contacted us to know they were running a little late because of a flat tire.  They came out and replaced two rubber seals around our vents on the roof as part of the roof inspection.  We only knew of an issue with one.  The guy was very professional and spend a good amount of time up on our roof taking care of nail pops and caulking where needed.  He stated that the roof was fine at this time and did not push to have us replace it.  I would use their services again for any roofing services I need.
