"The Project Manager, Bryan Murphy, contacted me within 24 hours to schedule an appointment and came out the very next day. He was very thorough in his inspection checking the roof as well inside rooms and attic. He quickly noticed an issue with one of the main vent pipes/caps and damaged roofing surrounding the area. He took photos and shared them with me along with his recommendations and estimate. The following day his crew came out and within an hour had the job completed to my satisfaction at a very fair price. "They contacted us to know they were running a little late because of a flat tire.  They came out and replaced two rubber seals around our vents on the roof as part of the roof inspection.  We only knew of an issue with one.  The guy was very professional and spend a good amount of time up on our roof taking care of nail pops and caulking where needed.  He stated that the roof was fine at this time and did not push to have us replace it.  I would use their services again for any roofing services I need.

It was an obvious problem with a simple solution. I explained to Marc what the situation was and he quoted an approximate cost.  When the tech came, he came up with a slightly higher number, but not enough to be concerned about.  He completed the job in a timely manner, was neat about enlarging the hole that I started in my wall and did not leave a mess on my garage floor.  The tech also gave me a rough estimate for some more work I want to do in the future.  Due diligence will be done, but all things being equal or close enough, I will hire MI Electric in the future. 

I gave a B grade for responsiveness because I had to follow up with Marc after not hearing from him when we agreed would be a good time.  Marc answered my call and got a tech to me in less than an hour and the job was completed approx. 24 hrs. after our first contact.  Great recovery!
