"It's hasn't rained yet so I cant say if I don't have leaks but that is what I paid for and that is the service that was provided by Mike with Roof Solutions today. Miller and Mike were both informative and nice guys. Mike is who did the work and he was very thorough in explaining why he was doing certain work in certain areas, after he evaluated the roof. This was my first time getting any kind of roof service on any home so I'm not sure if the price was good or bad but seemed worth it to me. Didn't like that they dont accept cards but Miller has a ton of alternative payment options so, not being able to use my debit card was not a deal breaker plus Miller explained why and I think its a perfectly great reason not to accept cards. Honestly, the alternative payment options are more commonly accepted anyways so kiddos also for staying up-with-the-times! I would recommend Roof Solutions as a service provider for your residential and/or commercial roofing needs. AND great clean-up too!"

"We called them as we had a leak- they’d installed our roof about 3 years ago. They came out and turns out the issue was a furnace pipe, nothing roof related and nothing they’d put in. However, they went ahead and adding some sealant to the pipe to try to fix it. They came out, looked at it and fixed something they didn’t need to all free of charge."

"David Sammons, the owner of this small business, called to confirm that he was on his way & showed up right on time. He quickly & honestly informed me that the dry wall tape separation on the bathroom ceiling was likely due to shower steam rather than a leak in the roof. I then asked David to inspect the roof since the shingles were already 4 or 5 years old when we bought the house 11 years ago. Also, we had heard a squirrel chewing or scratching on the skylight frame. He promptly put on his "roof walking shoes" to examine the roof & the skylight. He reported that the shingles looked good & probably had another 5 to 8 years of life before needing to be replaced, barring any unusual storm damage. He also reported squirrel teeth marks in the aluminum skylight frame. He got a caulk gun out of his truck & caulked the damaged area & down both sides of the skylight. He refused to take any money & we talked about his business as he was putting the ladder back on his truck. He looked & sounded very professional & I would definitely recommend his company to friends & neighbors."
