"They were great! I had a rug that was in terrible shape! I mean terrible!! Our dog had gotten a flu bug or something and had accidents in SEVERAL areas of the rug, I rolled the rug up and took it outside. It had been out there a few day and been rained on. I called Service Master and they came and picked the rug up and took it back to their shop. I got the rug back a couple days later completely cleaned and no smells were left lingering!! I thought I would have to throw the rug away but Service Master saved the day and truely went above and beyond!!! I truely appreciate your service and hard work!!!!"

"I had them add on the stuff to help keep the dirt away. I am not sure what happened to them. After they left I saw little circles on my living room carpet that were in my carpeting. I don't know if the circles were from camel crickets that get in the rug or if was something they did and was beyond their capabilities. I had to have them back because a chair had some kind of film left. I am not sure what kind of cleaner they used. I called the guy that schedules and he had them come back a second time and do a couple of chairs in my dining room that were like that. Originally there were two guys there to do the work but only one guy came back the second time. They were respectful around my home."
