"Fantastic! With some issues before work started (not with them), I couldn’t have been more happy with all of the hard work that was done to help me get answers and quickly. I can’t say enough about the questions I had, that were answered almost immediately, even after standard work hours. If there was a question, even while work was being completed, it was addressed ASAP. My roof looks beautiful, it only took a day and a half to fully remove and install a brand new one, the employees were respectful and nice (I was even impressed at how “professional” their attire was. I will definitely refer anyone I know who is in need of roof work, to them."

"Home Genius just completed a new roof installation and this was phase 2 of t he project. The gutters look amazing and Pablo Larius (prj Mgr) was very attentive and on site to answer any questions we may have. They were able to complete the removal and installation in one day. We are very happy with the final product and would recommend for both roofing and gutter replacement anytime."

"Docherty Roofing was the most impressive company to respond to my request for a roof replacement. They were the first company to show up and provide us an estimate. John was professional and very knowledgeable, not to mention efficient as a quote was provided on the spot. They also offered a competitive warranty. John is an excellent salesman but did not try to force me into selecting his company. I interviewed a few other companies over a 4 week span and Docherty roofing still remained the most impressive. I provided the deposit and shortly after, the dumpster was delivered and they began working on my roof. Johnâ s team was also wonderful at keeping me informed and cleaning up after the job was done. They even blew away the leaves in my yard! I waited a bit to write this review and so far I have not experienced any leaks from my roof. A+ experience. I would definitely hire John and his team againâ ¦ but hopefully I wonâ t need to!"

"Stellar!! Saved me 30k over another estimate where I was told I needed an entire new roof. I did not. Roof looks great, leak repaired expertly, interior repaired. Super responsive, high quality. I’ll only use them for this type of work from now on."

"Andy was very prompt in responding to my request for help with a leaking roof. He was at my house the next day and went up on my roof. He came back down with pictures and explained what was happening and what he needed to do to fix it. He gave me a written quote that night via email and took the time to explain the best and worst case scenario. He and his guys were respectful of my property and kept me in the loop via email. I would definitely recommend Schindler Roofing"

"It went great and the work was even better Greg and his crew was just amazing and I'm so happy how my roof came out it looks great and they made sure everything was picked up and clean I would definitely hire them again thanks greg"

"Gary, was very helpful and pointed me on the right direction after I had discussed my concerns. Had he been able to help me I would have gladly hired him. My system ended up being under warranty and he suggested I contact the manufacture as to not void my warranty."

"Randy was very prompt in responding to our request for proposal . He was not very good at calling and leaving messages when he could continue to work on the job. He also demanded payment 1/3 to start, 1/3 half way through and 1/3 at the end of the project. He painted over electrical plugs in some places instead of removing the wall plate. There were spots that were missed or painted too lightly.  One time he called my phone and I couldn't answer at the time. He didn't leave a message so I assumed he had dialed a wrong number and he never called me back until one day he showed up and wanted to know why I hadn't called him back. Very poor communication throughout the job. And there were times he didn't show up when he said he would."

"They are prompt and efficient. We are likely to use them. We thought they were very easy to work with in terms of they going up for what we needed and their response."

"The work was excellent. Brian McCracken performed a walk-though with me and provided detailed written estimates for the interior and exterior work. He explained the options and costs for each of the tasks, and was prompt in scheduling the jobs. His teams are first rate. Communication is excellent and they leave the site clean and tidy each day. There was not a drip of stray stray paint anywhere during or after the jobs. I especially appreciated the interior service. They emptied the closets and replaced everything after as they went along. They also took down and rehung all of the pictures and moved furniture as necessary. They were very responsive to follow-up issues (not their fault) with the fit of the front door after painting and replacing the seal. They came back twice to make adjustments and the final outcome was exactly what i wanted. All American was recommended to me by a friend who was very impressed with their exterior work on his townhouse. I recommended them to a neighbor who is also very pleased with their interior painting.  They are not the lowest bidder but their prices are fair and the work is of the highest quality."
