Metro Masonry suggested that in order to do a good job all the mortar above ground should be ground out and repointed. He explained what kind of mortar he would use and that he would match any replaced bricks with others from the same time period. Other companies wanted to repoint only parts of the foundation and their estimates were quite a bit higher. After signing the proposal they were able to schedule the job quite quickly. It took only two days to cut and repoint all of the bricks. They cleaned up the area after it was done. I was very pleased with their work and would hire them again. <br />"
