New doors are really good and way better quality than the countless doors I researched at the 3 â big boxâ stores. Performance also replaced all the windows on my house 2 years prior to this. Earlier this week, Jay from the Royal Oak division completed some work on my 3 exterior doors and he replaced 2 cracked wooden steps leading to my back utility room. Jay was very receptive to my questions and provided explanations for the work he conducted; mainly to tightly seal some leaks that were causing noticeable drafts in this cold weather. My 2 new steps are sturdy and I am pleased with them. The seals around my doors are neat, clean and effective. Jay also took the time to hear my plans for near future improvements I have planned and he provided constructive and helpful feedback. I do intend to have ACE complete this work as well!"

"They were very responsive. Installation schedule was faster than I expected (and faster than they quoted). Installation was smooth and took a couple hours. Normal with new garage doors they replaced the door, the springs and the track. My only observation - the clean-up could have been better as there were pieces of debris missed.
