Wayne Settle came out as scheduled, looked at the space, measured it, had us choose the flooring, and then gave us a price. He brought the materials out to sit for a week before installation inside the house to avoid expansion or shrinking because of the temperature or humidly change after delivery. He scheduled the installation on the first mutually agreeable day after the week, a Thursday.

In deference to our preference for not getting up extremely early (we are retired) he set the arrival time for 9 a.m., and he and two other workmen (one a workman, one a workwoman) arrived about 10 minutes early. They set to work immediately and efficiently, moving the last heavy pieces of furniture to one side of the room and then the other as they worked, as agreed. They had the bedroom finished and ready to sleep in by the time they left that afternoon, and returned at 9 the next morning to do the hall. The job is beautiful, with every corner perfectly finished, and Wayne without a reminder deducted the cost of flooring the closets, a change we had not requested until after the flooring was ordered.

All three were very friendly and pleasant, as quiet as people using power tools can be, and willing to put up with a large and noisy dog. We felt the cost was very reasonable for more than 10 hours of work by three people, and they could not have been more responsive. Wayne cheerfully concluded the job by fixing a badly-hung door that hadn't worked well in more than 20 years. We were more than happy that we had found such good people through Angie's List!

"Pacheco Flooring removed our old and worn builder grade wood floors and installed wood like porcelain tile. It was a big job approximately 1800 sq.ft. They were awesome. They sanded and stained our oak staircase to match our new tile. The color was right on. We did the entire living level and a landing on the upstairs. They worked hard and the installers were great and trustworthy. They installed the tile like a wood floor and the grout lines are barely visible. Our new floors look like hand scraped reclaimed wood. Highly recommend them and they were the best value for the price and the final product was tremendous. We did purchase the tile, mortar, and grout separately. Amy and her husband were excellent advisors and helped us make a selection that we chose."

"We were extremely satisfied with their work. We just thought they were conscientious as we were looking up some  other companies because we were looking to get estimates on our basement. We look to see how they were reviewed and I was stunned at how negative the reviews were because that was absolutely not the experience we had have. They were wonderful, very knowledgeable and very personable. The work was fabulous and they did a very high end room. It's locally a female owned business and she's phenomenal and so knowledgeable. They spent a long time with me on the show room looking for floor samples and she came out and did a really thorough walk through before getting measurements and all of that and spend a long time with me answering questions. "Great! He arrived on time, with the right amount of crew, tools and positive attitude! He was very experienced with Ikea cabinets and knew when we had purchased the wrong items. He also knew when to send me back to Ikea for different parts. Ikea made alot of mistakes and he knew that was common. He wrote down the numbers of the items i needed which was extremely helpful. He and his crew were fantastic and i would hire him again in the future. His prices were very reasonable and i appreciated that. I had two glass doors that were on back order so he said i could hold back $200 from his pay until they czme in. I called him on Sunday and told him i just picked them up. He told me they would be there on Monday morning to finish the job. Of course he arrived on time and he finished the job quickly. Of the 4 companies i hired to do various things in my kitchen his was the only one i didnt have issues with. I asked him to install the lights inside and underneath the cabinets and install the microwave. The lights were difficult but he worked hard until they were done. They make the whole kitchen shine! He was extremely reasonable with the microwave installation price. I asked him for several cards and already passed them out to people that wanted a new kitchen i told them he is the best installer i ever hired. He made this overwhelming project so much easier."
