"FIVE STARS FROM BEGINNING TO END!! I needed to have the shingles replaced on the rear portion of my roof. I scheduled 5 different roofers to come out to give me estimates. Jason was not only almost $2,000 cheaper than the others, he also pointed out some things that needed immediate attention on the front portion of my roof that nobody else had mentioned. He contacted me the week before letting me know that we were still on for the originally scheduled date and what to expect as it got closer. On the day of the install, Jason remained onsite while his large crew completed the job. When all was done I had a BEAUTIFUL new roof and my property was spotless!! It's been almost 3 months since the installation, and we've had our share of high winds and storms, but things are looking good. Pricing was very reasonable (even better than local competitors), and DWM did not try to upsell us for things that we didn't need. They had an abundant and highly efficient crew, and the supervisors I worked with were extremely knowledgable when it came to answering any roofing questions I had. Even the office staff were a pleasure to work with throughout the project. Would I hire DWM in the future? Absolutely. "We contacted Mid-Atlantic because we had some gutters that were beginning to detach from our house. We had had new gutters installed by another company (same basic design) over 10 years ago. We also had a sun-room added about 6 years ago, which had traditional gutters on it. Mid-Atlantic sent a representative out immediately, and he was able to survey our entire roof-line, identify problems and needed repairs, and give us an estimate on each portion of the proposed work.  He also gave us an estimate for cleaning all of the gutters on our home, explaining why washing them is essential to keeping them working effectively, and giving us instructions for cleaning them ourselves if we wanted to. In the end, we chose to have Mid-Atlantic do all of the work: repairs, new gutters, and cleaning. We felt that the price was extremely reasonable. Our rep arrived for the initial consult early, as did the work-crew on the day they were scheduled to complete the job. They were quick and professional, and cleaned up before leaving. I would definitely recommend them, particularly to anyone who lives in a wooded area where debris can clog the gutters on a house. <br />"

"We needed are master bathroom renovated and had to do it with a budget in mind. I was up front with that expectation and Greg was really great bring me numbers right away if there was unforeseen extra overages and expenditures through out the project. We chose a hexagon marble for the floor and white subway for the walls with a large niche. I’m a DIYer with perfectionist tendencies so when I wanted something changed or fixed He did it right away no problem. I had him install a infinity drain with inlay tile and some tile around it didn’t lay right after grouting and I asked for it be fixed and he did it no problem. He was honest with what worked or didn’t when I showed him pictures of what I wanted. The crew was every polite and always cleaned up their messes. I had to do some extra cleaning some days and at the end. Duct tape used for the floor protector paper left a big mess to get up but whatever. We also did all the painting our selves to save some money and installed the new light and sealed the marble ourselves. Also the plumber he contracts with was amazing. Him and his apprentice did excellent work and I was extremely happy. I will have them do all our heating and plumbing from now on. Over all I’m very pleased and would ask Tomas Brothers back in my house to do more projects."

"Arch was in the neighborhood working on hail damaged roofs. Camden, roofing expert and salesman from Arch Exteriors, asked if he could take closer look as he could see damage from the street. I admit I was skeptical of his report on its condition and that homeowners insurance would cover repairs. Even so I filed a claim and the insurance company investigator found more damage from wind and hail than Camden had pointed out to me. The entire roof was approved for replacement. Plus the inspector looked at the separate detached garage roof and said it needed replacement too. Camden was helpful from start to finish. The work force sent out was professional, hard working and diligent. They arrived exactly when scheduled and had both roofs done by 3:30. I was highly impressed by everyone I met from Arch Exteriors and recommend them to anyone needing roof repairs. The total job was over $13,000 and all but $1000 was covered by insurance."

"iCalled Ken on October 10 to get an estimate.  He said he would be out that Friday for the estimate and that no one needed to be home, which was great.  He called back and said that since they were calling for rain on Friday, the estimate might not be until Monday. It was heavy rain on Friday and he did show up early Monday and provided the estimate.  We agreed to have the work done and since we wanted it done on either a Monday or Tuesday he said his next available for those days would be in 2 weeks, which again was fine and agreed on.  He called the day before to let us know the men would be here around 8:30 and the work would last for about 2 hours.  <br /> They replaced the downspout on the roof and installed a new rubber roof that looks great.  Very courteous and professional.  We won't know until it rains whether it has taken care of the small leak we had, but I am confident it will.  The way everything was handled from the initial contact to the actual work was a very good experience with this company. <br />"
