As expected with wood being exposed to the elements, some of the timbers underneath the shingles had rotted and needed replacement. Ben did a thorough inspection, a complete estimate (NONE of the surprise changes later after they “discover” more damage and want to charge you double) and from permitting through completion, Ben took charge, stayed on time, his team cleaned thoroughly afterwards, was a dream to work with. "I found these guys doing a google search, was looking to break down my old kitchen and re do it with a custom kitchen i had ordered So i called them up and gave them my information and the next day someone came out and took measurements asked me a lot of questions and i felt comfortable with that because this guy he was good at detail and wanted to make my custom kitchen come to life After about an hour or so we agreed on the price and the start day and we was in motion. A couple of days later the men showed up early and started the demo work and by 4pm they was all done. two days later they came back cleaned up a bit took more measurements and started installing the counter, counter top the cabinets and did a custom cabinet for the fridge and stove . they laid the tile, did all the electric and in 2 days i was rocking and rolling with a beautiful new kitchen .. so total it took about 4 days to get everything done, they could of did it in 3 but i had to wait on my custom kitchen stuff to arrive. I would use these guys again for sure."

"I 90% like them. They were very good all the way through the process. However, finding after a year of having the panels that I haven't produced enough electricity and the electric company is billing me a large sum of money for the difference. They are looking into it now but I don't know what the outcome is going to be. Other than that, they are a great company. I paid $30,000 for the panels and I get the tax credit this year. I never checked any other companies because I have trees out front on the south side and no other company would even put panels on my roof. This is the only company that told me they had a way of doing it, and they put the panels on the back of my roof, but still facing the south side. Since there is no other company that would do it, I have no comparison for the price. The quality of their work was great. They were all very good to work with. They should not have given me the expectations that they did. They said that their panels would take care of all the electric that I was using so outside I would be able to use my electric heat as well. It would produce enough and it obviously hasn't. They made a mistake on that. For the most part, I think that they didn't have my tree problem so it's a great company."
