"Confirmed Roofing did an excellent job on my roof repair!"

"A friend recommended this roofing company when I needed a repair, so I reached out when my roof started leaking. From the initial call, I was impressed with their professionalism and responsiveness. They arrived on time for our appointment, unlike other companies I had contacted that missed scheduled visits. After inspecting the roof, they explained the necessary repairs and sent a detailed proposal the following day. Though their bid wasn’t the lowest, their professionalism, transparency, and quality materials convinced me they were the right choice. The team worked efficiently, removing the old roof in a single day and completing the installation in just four more days. Our new roof looks fantastic, and the white cool roof will help keep our home cooler during the summer without constantly running the AC. I highly recommend them for any roofing needs!"

"Ray from Clearview Roofing and Construction took over an hour to inspect our roof and informed that the roof was in good shape and didnt need any repairs...I greatly appreciate the honest advice. Will use in the future"

"Because I needed only a repair after a tree limb damaged the roof, many roofers either would not bid or I would have to wait for any repair. Universal did the repairs over several days by sending over crews after they had finished a prior job. Worked out well."

"Quick to respond, detailed information regarding the roof repairs needed. Glad we chose this company."

"Cohen Roofing exceeded every expectation. Unlike other bidders, Mr. Cohen came to the site himself, explained my leaking-roof options, and offered three price tiers: quick fix, solid repair, or full re-roof. He honestly advised that the cheap fix would cost the most long-term, so I chose the full re-roof. My 70-year-old home's sheathing was in bad shape — replacement far exceeded the 10% in the contract, yet he charged a very fair price to restore all of it. He obtained the LADBS permit and passed inspection. My roof is tricky (a 1:12 slope is technically a flat roof per CA code), so his team installed 2-ply torch-down throughout, covered every transition, and added extra-wide flashing at the vents — exactly where my old leak was — finished in white Polyfresko. He was responsive, flexible, and sent photos of every stage. At the end I received all contracts, original warranties, and permits. A knowledgeable contractor you can truly trust. I recommend Cohen Roofing without hesitation."

"Reliable Roofing contacted me quickly and then we scheduled and they sent Narek out to quote the site. The job was tile roof repair. The quote was performed visually and I expected to receive a written quotation in a few days. After a few weeks, the quote never came and they never followed up properly. I don't recommend them based upon poor customer service response."

"I contracted Preferred Roofing on the recommendation of my HVAC company. I wanted an established company that did their single job expertly; i wanted a company that was valued by other professionals. It's just fact: i will only get the roof replaced once on my house, which is not enough interaction to establish a relationship with a vendor--I needed to rely on an existing relationship. Preferred Roofing was excellent from the first phone call. David is not merely charming, he is 100% invested in being the best--his easy good nature comes from confidence, and that confidence comes from his team. Everyone at Preferred Roofing is a good & courteous worker. They came by a couple times in advance to check requirements and explain the process. They even handled interactions with the HVAC guys. Everyone was straightforward, all communication was clear & concise. The wait list was a few months, which confirmed my choice: I wanted workers that spent their time working. The crew was like a military unit--organized & efficient, and totally autonomous. I stayed out of their way. It took three days, there were no complications and not even any questions. If they had asked questions, i simply would have told them to do whatever was the best solution--the whole team obviously knew roofs more completely than i can imagine. The crew did a remarkable amount of work, and kept the site so clean it was like they were never there. I often describe work that I cannot do as "priceless." Preferred Roofing not only did work i cannot do, hard & messy work, they did work i didn’t even know existed. Maybe I could nail down a sheet of plywood and lay a tile... but i had not even heard of an O’Hagin Vent, and i can’t possibly explain how to “torch a cricket”. I was glad to find professionals, and happy to pay for their work. My house was immediately more comfortable; honestly, the next week was as hot as summer, my house was easily 15 degrees cooler than pattern. The new roof was worth every dollar. David wrapped the project personally, stopping by to review the job and provide paperwork. The final payment stayed exactly on bid. The whole process was a delight and--hahaha--I hope I never see them again!!"
