"<p>The new rain gutters look good and work as expected. The provider also installed the gutter along a part of the roof that a previous installer had left out due to the challenge of working around phone and cable wires. <br /> I didn't use the rain barrel in the recommended location because it was too late to move the irises. The temporary location collected rain water from a much smaller roof and still filled up more often than expected. A second and third rain barrel would actually have worked out quite well. <br /> The only complaint is with the design of the rainbarrel. The spigot is near the middle of the barrel which is good for filling a bucket but the barrel never drains entirely unless you tip it. Half a barrel of water is very heavy and that's a lot of water to go out of an ordinary spigot. Leaving the barrel half-full all summer makes for a mildly stinky barrel of water. <br /> There are barrels on the market with spigots much closer to the bottom making drainage easier. They have a drawback to though. You would have to build a small scaffold so the barrel would be a couple feet off the ground. Otherwise, you can't get a bucket under the spigot. <br /> Both kinds of barrels have threaded spigots so you can hook up a hose and run it out to a tree or bush.<br /> I preferred to keep the old gutters but hauling them away along with any other cleanup comes with the price. </p> <br /> I figured I got a good deal and would purchase from Quality Seamless Gutters again. <br />"

"These guys were super busy but they told me that up front so I was not surprised when I got pushed back a couple weeks. They did come out and put a tarp on when I explained I had an active leak and the price for the job was very good. Clean up was good, not perfect but very acceptable, If I have roof problems again they will be at the top of my list!"

"The service was professional from start to finish.  Our first contact brought an immediate response.  We set an appointment to check our roof and were given two bids using two different materials.  The two choices were well explained to so we felt comfortable in making our decision.  At no time did we feel pressured to choose Rhino for the job.  They explained their service and let us make a decision. We were given a date as to when we could expect the work to be preformed and that date was met.  The crew working our our home was courteous and pleasant.  They cleaned up the job site at the end and left the job with all left over materials and waste removed.  I don't expect to need a new roof in the near or far future but if we did I would certainly call Rhino again.  We are happy with our decision to use them and feel comfortable recommending them to others. <hr />"

"These guys do not mess around!! They come ready to work!! They came in on the first day and removed/trucked away all existing chain link fence. They then proceeded to dig new holes and prep the area. They erected temporary barrier fence so that our dogs could still use the back yard. On the 2nd day, they set and pored concrete on all posts. On the 3rd day, they installed the fence and gates. Amazing speed and quality work. <br /> The project mgr. Kale even made contact with me to say he was not pleased with how one of the gates looked and said he wished to order a new one to allow better closed gaps and privacy (he took the words right out of my mouth and I didn't have to mention it)-it is clear that they want to be satisfied with the job as much as the customer would! These guys left a clean site after construction and were very responsive to any questions we had. <br /> I hired this company at the recommendation of a good friend who had previously used them for the fence at his new house. The recommendation was 'spot on'. <br /> Be advised, if you attempt to call the business number and get not answer, it is due to their being out on job sites. If you leave a message or email, they WILL get back to you. <br />"

"Bill from Sparkle Window MT showed up on time, was professional and had all the tools to complete the job. I was able to get my sidewalks and steps power washed which made them look like they were just installed! The fall season left behind many leaves which fell into my gutters. I'm so relieved I didn't have to do the work myself and that Bill was able to clear out all the debris. This definitely adds value to my home. Highly recommend!"

FAQs for gutters & downspouts cleaning service projects in Stevensville, MT

You’ll want to clean gutters once or twice a year—in early spring and again in fall—to keep water flowing and avoid pricey leaks. Homes tucked beneath tall trees or hit with heavy debris may need two to four visits instead. Staying on schedule protects your roof, siding, and foundation from costly water damage.

Even with gutter guards, plan on an occasional cleaning—just not as often as homes without guards. Installing gutter guards blocks leaves, but grit and shingle granules still slip through and pile up over time. A quick sweep keeps water moving and stops overflow that can damage your roof or foundation.

Watch for overflowing water, slow or silent downspouts, sagging sections, or debris peeking over the gutter edge. You might also spot water stains, weeds, or an increasing number of ants in certain areas. Any of these red flags means it’s time to call a gutter cleaning pro for service before minor clogs turn into major leaks.

Skip cleanings for too long and gutters overflow, sending water under shingles, down siding, and toward the foundation. The result can be mold, rotted fascia, basement leaks, and repair bills that dwarf the price of a quick cleaning. It can also mean that future cleanings will be more expensive as it will take pros longer to deep clean gutters that are full of heavy debris. Staying on schedule saves money and headaches.

Plan on gutter cleaning service to take an average of one hour for an average single-story home and two to three hours for taller houses. Add extra time if gutter guards need to come off or clogs are packed in. Pros work methodically, clearing every linear foot so water can flow freely again.
