"We hired Caleb from The Plug in 2023 for some extensive rewiring work in our recently purchased home. According to our contract the work was to be completed by the end of January 2023. The work was not, and still has not been completed. He was even questioned directly about certain aspects of the work and lied about it while looking me in the eye. We have been trying to work with Caleb over the past 3 years to allow him to complete the work. He has claimed on and off to be experiencing medical issues that have kept him from working at our property. The company has since stopped communicating with us. Do not hire this company. "

Very considerate of Covid protocol by wearing a mask, wore gloves during installation and even removed his boots, without being asked, so as to not track in any snow., We definitely would recommend him highly and will definitely use his services again."
