Juan even checked to be sure the play yard mulch did not contain any chemicals harmful to children or pets. Juan also fixed a broken pond pump in my front yard. Highly recommend these guys. "We wanted to build a new ADU in the basement of our building in San Francisco, then we called again Sam from Refresh and Build, to build one kitchen, two bathrooms, and 3 bedrooms. They gave us a very reasonable price, then applied for the permit and Sam told us it'll be best to do the retrofitting since they were digging to have the 8' ceiling anyway. so they applied for the permit for that too, They strengthened the foundation, installed all new electrical circuits throughout the floor and new plumbing and new drainage system and passed all rough inspections with flying colors. Then installed all the walls, patched and painted, installed kitchen cabinets, countertops, backsplash, tiling the bathroom floors, and tub and shower areas, and the all the fixtures, Everything went smoothly and clear communication and well competent team. We have now happy tenants that love the place and we are happy too! I'd highly recommend Refresh&Build and their crews."

"It went well. Crew was on time and very clean. I am used to having to pick up after crews but not these guys. Fair price and attention to detail. We then had him do a second project of installing flag stone. Owner is the site guy too and detail oriented. They will be back for some concrete work next month. Only issue I had was communication language barrier. Luckily my wife speaks Spanish so it worked out well."
