I originally called them to replace the chase cover on my chimney, and to do a cleaning and video inspection as well. Adore was the first company out of three to reply to me and Andy was quickly available for an estimate. He showed up on time and was extremely professional. He gave me a great education about the project and a great estimate as well. I was so impressed with the care and workmanship of the chimney job, I had them come back a second time, a couple of weeks later, to replace my gutters. Andy and his team did another fine job, on time, and a great price. Showed great care for my home, cleaned everything up and hauled it away. Once again, so impressed, I had him come back a third time to replace the cap on my flue. Adore is everything you want from a construction company working on your home. I would highly recommend them to you."

"I hardly ever leave reviews, but this is the worst company Iâ ve ever paid money to. I gave them a recent roofing and gutter project because of an experience I had with them in the past. I contacted them to do a job previously a while back, but they ended up correcting their mistake and doing the job at no charge. So, I contacted them recently out of appreciation. This time, they picked up where they left off consistently made unprovoked promises that they never kept (when they will come by to check the roof, when youâ ll receive an estimate, when theyâ ll arrive, when theyâ ll call you back, how theyâ ll do something extra for you that you didnâ t even ask for). They made sure I knew I wasnâ t a valued customer every step of the way. This time they were supposed to replace a gutter, re-coat a roof, and power wash the siding and deck. They replaced the gutter without replacing the downspout/leader pipe and said I didnâ t ask for it although I pointed it out when they came to evaluate and they agreed. The day after they replaced the gutter, it was leaking and pitched the wrong way. Additionally, their power washing job was so irresponsible and destructive that it damaged the paint job and wood on my deck as well as some paint from my neighborâ s house. One of the business owners told me with a straight face that is how a power wash is supposed to look when itâ s finished. You be the judge. Then, they returned to fix the poorly installed gutter after I contacted them multiple times in between rain storms. They kept changing the time and tried to send workers without a managing supervisor. I told them that was unacceptable considering the job was done wrong in the first place. So, after repeating myself multiple times about my concern, one of the business owners came to supervise. When he came, they fixed the gutter (I hope) and told me that he did the work for me for free as if it was a favor and not a correction. Ultimately, I now have a roof that I hope has no issues and a destroyed deck that I have to repair. They offered to paint the deck at no charge if I buy the paint (that I didnâ t need before they destroyed it), but Iâ m not letting them anywhere near my house ever again. Just hoping the roof was done correctly and no issues, but fully expect problems given the poor quality and service. I guess thatâ s what I get for giving them a second chance when they were unprofessional to begin with. Worst company ever."

"Dionis and team installed 4 sky lights a few months ago. It took about 2 weeks after our deposit for the skylights to be ready for installation, which is what Dionis told us to expect. While they were prepping the roof for the skylights, they saw water damage on the roof. This was not a surprise to us as the roof was due to be replaced. He gave a good rate to do the roof while doing the sky lights and within a week the roof and skylights were completed. The team was respectful of our property. It has been a few months now. We are happy with the Supreme skylights and glad we did the roof. No more leaks (the original problem that prompted replacing the skylights) and the view from the skylights looks great."

"The job was expertly done at a reasonable cost. The roofing and siding crews worked simultaneously, efficiently and cleaned up well so that we were thoroughly pleased with the result. Additionally, Raidex also installed two exterior replacement doors with a minimum of difficulty although one door frame hid some structural issues that were resolved with ingenuity and skill. The door in question was the original door some 70+ years old. Anyone interested in home renovations will be well served by contracting with Raidex."
