I called them the morning after losing power in a snowstorm to see if they could install a 30AMP/240VAC inlet plug on my house to run the generator through. Not only did they take the job, but Cynthia spent the next day trying to help me find the very hard to find parts I needed during the storm. She really went above and beyond for a customer she has never met and has never worked with before. Once I had everything I needed, they were at my house within a couple of hours and had me set up and power back on in my house. The work was done quickly and professional and the price was great. They came the next day to do a property survey and we received a proposal the very next day. They have not started the work yet BUT I can say that I am very impressed with Lisa their office manager.
