One screen was not square when it arrived, but they ordered a replacement (for no extra cost) and did not expect us to complete payment until that had been installed. "I have to give this company HLC Doors & Windows its props . First of all the products they sell are very nice and looks great and the prices are not bad either. You actually get to see and touch the doors which is a plus for me and the bast was i got a door the color that I really wanted (Brown). This made me very happy, most places that I checked I would have had to have it painted and pay for that extra , not at HLC. Once my door was picked out, then I was setup for an measurement date of my door and sidelight - which I never new the correct name for the glass window on the side of the door. Once that was done a few days later I received a call from HLC, to get my door install, I was given the opportunity to pick my day, which I picked 01/13/2026. The Young man called to advise me that he was on his way and he arrived on time and greeted me and advised about my burglar door. He worked constantly and efficiently to do a great job! I love how my front door looks, Thanks HLC."

He gave me detailed info about his skills, work he has done, and a reasonable quote! Even though Amazon sent me a faulty garage door opener, Drew went far and beyond to stay and install a second garage door opener that I purchased from Home Depot so that me and my family would feel safe with a garage door that works! "The installers we're very knowledgeable and worked continuously from dawn to dusk to get the project done in one day. They had our fencing ready to be installed 4 weeks earlier than planned. We were so grateful, as our dogs were used to using a doggy door to go out. For 2 months we had to take them out on a leash. We were very happy with the finished product, it looks amazing!!!"
