We got 3 different quotes, and even though Triple Crown wasn’t the cheapest, we decided to go with them because we’ve been around long enough to know that the cheapest and the best are rarely the same thing. "If you're looking for a roofing company that fails to start on your roof when they say they will (multiple times), doesn't have the professionalism/courtesy to then give you a simple follow-up phone call to reschedule/keep you updated, one that has almost non-existent communication as they don't respond to voicemail, email, or messages left with the office secretary, one that you have to file a complaint with the Florida DBPR, BBB and threaten with a lawsuit just to get your deposit back almost 8 months later.
