I have no employees & usually don't sub things out to other trades.The cost is determined by the job & I base my bids on the estimated time I think it will take to complete the job & the estimated materials.My estimates are normally free except for insurance related work & my rate for that is at $20.00 per hour with a 2 hour minimum charge.

"I purchased a Heavenly Heat Sauna a few weeks ago . What I liked is you don?t smell any glues . I also liked its easy ( two man ) assembly. What I don?t like , in order to avoid using glues, they use pins or very thin nails. Some pins were missing and some were not beneath the surface. For the rough edges you?re provided with a small piece of sandpaper . Bot at a cost of over 5k you don?t expect to do sanding. My biggest complaint is that it takes almost an hour to get the sauna to 150 degrees. Definitely not worth the price. "
