I called my husband and told him about the experience with Manuel, so we decided to choose Make A Choice as our contractor. As the project moved forward the team (Manuel, Fabian, Ivan, Domingo "Sunday", ALL the contractors as well as the Owners ) didn't disappoint and showed us it was about our vision what we wanted and needed; they worked diligently, passionately and went above and beyond to ensure we were completely satisfied with every detail. "I have been looking for a company to replace the windows in my home and was referred to MWT when I could not find a company that met me needs. The MWT owner and his team members were extremely professional. They gave a detailed overview of the products and services. When my windows were delayed due to COVID they informed me well before my installation date. They called my a week before my scheduled installation. Showed up on time the day of the installation and completed the install 2 hours earlier than the time the indicated it would be complete. The installers walked the house with me to make sure I was happy with the install and cleaned up all trash caused by the replacement. I am looking to hire them for some additional work and have already referred them to a friend."

He gave me detailed info about his skills, work he has done, and a reasonable quote! Even though Amazon sent me a faulty garage door opener, Drew went far and beyond to stay and install a second garage door opener that I purchased from Home Depot so that me and my family would feel safe with a garage door that works!
