When I mentioned to his workers, the next day he brought topsoil with a lot of wood particles and other stuff which is known to suffocate grass seed. Its been about 6 weeks now and the lawn is patchy because of the poor quality of the soil (stony and full of chips). I called to discuss it with him, he said he would return my call but he never did. Now I'm left trying to figure out how to fix it. On a positive note, they did come on time and workers were polite."

Hector was quick to respond and came to the house on the same day. He gave me his initial thoughts and the estimate came the following day. He and his crew had the bulk of the work done in a day and went the extra mile to add finishing touches that improved on what I was envisioning.
