"Chuck met with me to review a few designs for driveway gates that would work with the modern architecture of our house.  He discussed all the details of the location, steel posts, stucco columns, lights, gate operator equipment, etc. and prepared a complete proposal with all of the information.  Chuck replaced the originally specified steel gate material with aluminum, taking it upon himself to retool his fabrication equipment with no change to his original proposal price.  The gate turned out to be stronger and as beautiful, but much lighter to operate and will last forever.  I appreciated Chuck and his team's attention to detail on all aspects of the gate construction, tying into the adjacent aluminum fencing and the final landscaping around the columns.  Their friendly interaction while working on-site has been a pleasure.
