She sent her best worker out to my home and he was very thorough. He cleaned and went back over some areas without being asked to be sure my home was dust free! "I hired this very nice crew after a tenant family with 2 younger boys and a large dog moved out of my rental and left the place a mess. It desperately needed a deep cleaning. They did a great job cleaning all the drawers, cabinets and bathrooms. I had already cleaned the fridge and had to replace the stove. The house has hardwood (oak), tile, LVT-luxury vinyl tile and bamboo flooring. The new stove was arriving as they were leaving so I did not get to go back in for a walk thru. I had already seen a lot of great work earlier. After they had gone and the stove was installed, I could see that the LVT near the front door, where the dog must have hung out a lot, was still very dark and dingy looking. She had been using a soft mop and this really needed some kind of scrubbing tool. I guess I would have given a 4.5 stars but since that isn't an option I am giving 5 stars because they worked very hard and otherwise did an excellent job. She needs to invest in some scrubbing tools tho."
