"MSH did a great job. They were quick and efficient. They made sure all the sprinklers were once the new sod was laid down and fixed all the drip lines for the new plants. And followed through to make sure the job was done well."

"We chose to go with the full brick option as recommended by Tim and are very please with the way everything came out. Tim and Travis arrived on time this morning, completed the job and cleaned up like they were never here. I was impressed watching them work with the various angles and how well they made the new wall match the rest of the house. I highly recommend Crowell who will be my first call for any future masonry needs."

"We had an outstanding experience with Lindgren Landscape! Top quality work and professionalism, from design to installation. Mitch was our designer and also our point of contact through the whole project. He always went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with every aspect of the project. His professional input and guidance was super valuable as well! The result is a beautiful new front & backyard landscape, as well as an awesome new deck / outdoor living space for us to enjoy. The landscape installation team was so easy to work with and always answered our questions or accommodated our changes on the fly. It's also worth noting that Lindgren's hardscape sub contractors are top notch as well. Thank you Mitch and Lindgren for the great work and great product!"

"Mike and crew were extremely quality conscious, knowledgeable and efficient, completing all paver work on time and budget. Mike is very fair, flexible and easy to work with. In installing the new cutting-edge irrigation system, we ran into a few issues resulting from manufacturing errors from the irrigation system company. Mike was tenacious in working with them to correct the issues and ensure the system worked correctly. Mike follows up on commitments, does quality work and is true to his word. You will not err by choosing Naturescapes!"

"Great. We met once to get over the details of the job. Northern Concrete completed the job exactly when they were supposed to. The work itself was done swiftly & diligently, and they left my yard & plants in perfect condition. The sidewalk & driveway look great too!"

"Ideal Homes have me the lowest bid to do my basement at $45k. I worked with Travis, who was very knowledgeable and professional. He was able to answer all of my questions and address my concerns. As a person who doesn't ever deal with home upgrades or repairs, he was also patient in dealing with me. Ideal Homes did a great job, and I would absolutely work with them again and refer my friends. Thanks Trav!"

"Craig and his wife are delightful people to work with. The install was completed on time and on budget! It looks amazing and works very well to set off our lawn and landscaping, but also when mowing. The color we picked for the curb looks great next to the rock we use and our overall landscape theme. Cost for this curbing was a lot lower than we expected, and only a little bit more than metal edging being installed by a landscape company. Thank you Craig for a great job!"

FAQs for interlocking pavers for driveways & floors installation projects in Stoneham, CO

With proper maintenance, permeable pavement can last for over 20 years. Bi-annual vacuuming prevents clogs from debris and sediment, extends the pavement’s lifespan, and helps you avoid costly driveway repairs. Permeable pavement often has a shorter lifespan in areas with heavy traffic or harsh weather conditions.

Pervious and porous usually refer to pouring asphalt or concrete—which is a single massive object—but with enough small holes to allow for even drainage. This is also sometimes called thirsty concrete. Permeable concrete pavers are precast concrete designed to also allow for drainage. Permeable grass pavers allow grass to grow through them and provide drainage.

Pervious, porous, and permeable pavers are similar because they make it easier for rain or snow to drain or absorb into the ground rather than overload the storm or sewer systems.

The most significant benefit of water-permeable pavement is that it helps precipitation absorb better (and slower) into the ground, which avoids overloading sewers and causing overflows and backups. It also helps recharge the groundwater and prevent agricultural runoff from lawns.

If you’ve ever seen water rushing into a storm drain, permeable pavement prevents that. Instead of water running off a steep driveway, a good amount of it “soaks” directly underneath the pavement.

Topmix permeable concrete costs $8 to $16 per square foot, including all installation costs. However, they give out estimates on a project-by-project basis. However, Tarmac, the company that made the product, no longer produces Topmix.

Ecoraster is a brand that offers many different permeable paving options in North America. Prices vary depending on the product and project. They’ll give estimates for each individual project. While not actual pavers, these grids serve a similar function. Ecoraster grids come in various styles and allow for similar drainage compared to permeable pavers or porous paving.

Permeable driveways may cost slightly more than a traditional paving type, but they reduce or eliminate the need to install any other type of drainage system. Drainage systems cost $2,000 to $6,500 to install. They also reduce stormwater runoff, sewer overflows, and help eliminate urban agriculture runoff, which can pollute waterways.
