"A beautiful job for a reasonable and fair price. For every part of the job, the crew came early in the morning and on time. The boss, Luis, always reported to the job site each day and inspected the work. Every part of these jobs was completed the way we had discussed, and, in fact, extra work was often done without any extra charge. For example, when the men dug out the soil around the cellar stair walls, Luis felt they had to go all the way down to the bottom--about six feet, instead of the 3 or 4 feet he had estimated, due to the poor condition of the walls--no extra charge. He did the same when he didn't like how the blacktop looked doing just the driveway in front of the garage and proceeded to redo the driveway perpendicular to it next to my fence--again, no extra charge. The same care for doing the job the right way was seen with the garage floor--instead of just repairing a length long crack on one side, Luis felt the entire section to the wall had to be removed and redone--again no extra charge.When I felt a detail wasn't carried out the right way, Luis listened and took care of it without any problem. The quality of their work is outstanding: for example, the seam of the garage cement floor met the new blacktop at the garage door perfectly. That's why I was happy to hire him again for the second job and why I recommended him to my next door neighbor. "J&J Paving Inc. did an excellent job & I am satisfied with the service received from Manuel & the rest of his crew. On September 29, they removed all the the old asphalt, did dig the ground and ran several trench PVC pipes & did dig one 5 ft drain holes connect four of the seven PVC pipes and another 3 ft hole to connect the other 3 PVC drain pipes. Lay down gravels with sand cement, gravel rock with cement, leveled the grounds & graded for rain water to run away from the house whenever it rains. Then Lay down the asphalt. We are very please with J&J's service. Customer service skills, courtesy and Manuel did take time to discuss the whole process & answered all questions. I selected J&J Paving because the proposal was very detailed & explained the steps about the project. The other contractors did not provide a good proposal and some of them took too long to provide a proposal. I already recommended J&J/Manny Paving to three of my neighbors."

"We had are gravel driveway re-graded with additional gravel, along with re-doing our Belgium block apron. We requested several proposals and found ADR PRO BUILDERS LANDSCAPING's to be the most responsive and flexible. We worked with Eligio who was knowledgeable and responsive to what we were looking to accomplish. He met with us on a Saturday and had a proposal within a few days. His proposal was also very reasonable from a pricing perspective. He started the work on the date he promised and completed his work on a time. He had a sizable crew. I also found it refreshing not to have a long contract loaded with legalize and escape clauses for any responsibility and attaching risks to us related for non payment. ADR had a very straight forward payment requirement. Bottom line we would strongly recommend ADR, and have already done so."

"Cappella Landscaping responded to my wifeâ s and my search for a contractor to replace our deteriorated patio. The patio that we replaced was built 10 years ago and held up well for about five years, but then started to degrade at a progressively increasing rate. My wife and I were novices in this original undertaking, and it cost us. We learned that the base that the patio was built on was inadequate, and the pitch was too steep, among other things. When we first met Robert Cappella, he struck us as a true professional. He was very technically knowledgeable and told us about many things to be considered that we were not aware of. He spoke in detail about why certain things were important, including the use of high-quality materials. He seemed to be on a clearly higher level than the other contractors that we received quotes from. His quote on the job was higher than the other contractors, but our interaction with him gave us the confidence that he would produce a superior outcome. After we engaged Robert for our project, he helped usher us through the approval process that is required in our community. And when the work commenced, he brought a very capable crew of 4 to work on the building of the new patio. The project took 4 days to complete, with Robert himself working and supervising on site for most of that time. We were impressed by what we saw as the work progressed. When the work was completed, we were very happy with our beautiful new patio. Robert followed through with all of the little things that he said he would do. Robert is very gregarious and seems to love his work. As I mentioned earlier, he was more expensive than his competition, but we strongly feel that we received better value per dollar spent. We are happy with the end result and wouldnâ t hesitate to go with Robert again."
