"Very pleased! Mitch replied within 1/2 hour of me requesting a quote on Angie's List (on a holiday weekend). He said he would meet me at my home at 8:30 AM the next work day, was there at 8:15 with a trailer full of landscaping tools, all clean and neatly organized. Provided proof of insurance as requested. Great guy, did a nice job on our gutter cleaning and some light tree trimming. I am having him do our fall lawn cleanup and next year's lawn service based on the quality of our initial engagement. "They did an excellent job and I have no complaints. They gave us an estimate and it cost what the estimate was. There were no extra charges and they came when scheduled. They cleaned up afterwards. We were satisfied with their work. I didn't get any other bids so I don't know how the price compared."

"I was very happy with Advance Cleaning’s work. I had water coming into my basement after a lot of heavy rainfall, so I knew I needed to deal with my gutters. Yanks was very responsive, scheduling was quick and easy, and he and his associate were on the job very fast! They worked nonstop on a very hot day and made sure all the downspouts were flowing freely before they finished. Everything works and looks really great after their work."
