As he predicted, my issue was a bird screen left on my vertical through-the-roof dryer vent - a screen that should have been removed per code when the house was built less than four years ago. The result was that the bird screen accumulated an inch of matted, thick lint, essentially shutting down the vent entirely. For $184, Jason cleaned out the run from the dryer to the roof, went on the roof, removed the bird screen, and presented it to me. In the evening, I dried loads of clothes in less than an hour that, until the cleaning, were taking three hours to dry. I recommend him highly."
