"We had high expectations of quality, simply from Dan’s efficient, detailed quote, along with verbal, email and texts communications, and followup brochures. Matt and Bill kept in constant contact for scheduling and measuring. We had to postpone due to rains and high winds a couple of times, but the crew actually rescheduled for Memorial Day as the weather broke. Rick’s four-man crew arrived at 9:00 sharp, introduced everyone, and immediately remeasured every window, checking against the new ones in the truck, and then staged them all inside. Six hours later they had torn out, replaced, loaded our old sashes and frames into their box truck, and completely caulked 15 of the 26 windows. "They showed up a 7:00 AM and left at 7:00 PM at night (October dawn to dusk work) and worked for two and 1/2 days. Replaced a few boards. They were polite, respectful, professional and clean up was outstanding-never found a nail afterwards. The supervisor showed up each day to check on progress and was friendly and helpful. They were a bit on the expensive side but we have a new roof with no leaks. They also did a friends's roof later, and he had the same excellent experience."

"The entire process from picking out the windows to the measuring of the windows to the installation of the windows went very well. Appointments were kept and the representatives at each one were on time and professional. We were especially pleased by the installers that replaced the windows. William arrived at the house with two men on time and started to perform the install of 16 windows, They placed plastic protection down throughout the house and then got to work. William did most of the actual installing of the windows and did an exceptional job. The other two men also performed well from the details on the exterior of the windows to the actual clean up. When they left, you would not of known they were there except for the new windows. But initially I thought it was a "short cut" to install, which it would not have been. By far the coolest thing about 1st Security's service is the fact that they use alarm.com, from which I can arm and disarm my system from my cell phone. No juggling at the door, sprinting to the keypad, etc. I also have a peace of mind that I have never really had with Front Point, Guardian or other security services since I can actually see my alarm activity online and on the app. The system also allows up to 239 individual passwords that you can assign to family members or others you hire to do work at your home. My only disappointment is with signage for the house. I want 2 security signs for my home (relatively higher crime area) but was given one and told he'd get the other one to me only after I offered to pay for it (which honestly, I should not have to do - the more signs in my yard, the better advertisement for your company). Also they "were out of" window clings/stickers, something I want immediately upon install. Larry said they were on order and he would get the stickers and extra sign to me as soon as they were in. I'll update you on that when I get them."
