"Turned out one window just needed a bit of repair. David fixed it for me at no charge. The second window needs to be replaced. The price was very reasonable and will be done when the budget allows. Also, David was friendly with my dog. I do not expect repair people to go nuts over pets but am always suspect when they completely ignore them."
