"Other than the wait for a custom made window and sliding door I love the product so far. The crew that done the install were polite and considerate of personnel space. They called before arriving and installed a large picture window slider and a new sliding glass door. John, Zeke and Phillip were great. Thank you all."

"Mark Spencer checked our exterior door that had become difficult to lock and unlock. He identified possible solutions that we will try to pursue with the door installer. I wish we had used Legacy Window & Door when we had the door installed in 2015."

"I am totally happy with the installation of my slider door. The tech (Tommy) was very thorough and took his time to get it right. I highly recommend Barrier windows."

"We recently moved in to a 20 year old house.  All of the exterior door are in need of some repari and/or replacemtnt.  Complete Window and Door came out to give us an estimate and took the time to answer all of our questions.  While the cost seemed high, we did decide to go with a high quality door that has a lifetime warranty.  The sales man took the time to explain the added benefits of using a Provia door.
The foreman installed the door in a few hours and it looks great.  We also purchased door hardware from the company as well - they took care of everything.
There was a piece that was bent and they told us they would take care of it right away to make it right.  I appreciated that they were upfront about this and had a solution before I had to ask for one.
We will definitely use them again in the future.  They returned our calls in a timely manner and were great to work with.

"Exemplary Contractor -- Made our "Top Five" list of the dozens of trades that we used in the construction of our new home.  Paul and his crew have an attention for detail that exceeds my wife's and my own.  The fact that Mrs. Sperback (Paul Sperback owner of firm) is an interior decorator simply added value to what has become a trusted and valuable business relationship.
We will not even entertain bids for our other properties since working with Protect and Preserve.  Their professionalism, pricing, integrity, punctuality, and absolute desire for perfectionism has won a customer for life from this outstanding contractor.
As mentioned, as general contractor, we worked with dozens of subs on a fairly high-end build.  Paul and Lindi earned our trust and respect early in our process.
Enthusiastically endorsed as professional a painting and finishing contractor as I have had the pleasure of doing business with in the last 15 years of managing real estate assets.
An example where highest quality outcome/performance can be achieved without having to pay ultra premium prices.
