They told me about things that they didn’t expect me to like the filter they recommended for the heater. I have been using some plastic ones and this metal one, I just felt it was very well worth it. They didn’t push to have me buy that and everything and I think that very important. They did a wonderful job because we moved here in 2003 and I don’t think the dryer vent has ever been cleaned.
