"I signed a service agreement with ENCC on September 8th to do a one time apartment cleaning to include: 1, clean out the things remaining in the apartment, no furniture. 2, clean and wash all surfaces in the entire apartment so that I could come in and paint it afterwards. 3, to clean the appliances in the kitchen. And 4. To wash all interior windows. I paid the required one-half of the total fee as soon as Heidi sent me the invoice on September 23rd, also the last day they showed up to do any cleaning. Two weeks later on October 7th, I contacted her through Angi to cancel the agreement as I assumed after two weeks of no contact, that they had abandoned the job. So one month after hiring them, the only task completed is the removal of the things that remained in the apartment. They have yet to return my key. Not a reliable or trustworthy outfit at all. We have 3 employees we don't all usually work, we do mostly tree topping but we remove tree and stumps also, we can do jobs as big as clearing out tree lines to just removing a tree dead or to close to the house. We use climbers mostly so we don't destroy yards with bucket trucks and spilling hydrolic oil everywhere.
