"Well contract was to replace window and do some cosmetic on the interior window returns and paint. The installer was surprised to find out there was other work to be done? He called the office and was told that was right and they would have to get someone out to do the other work! and they did and Roberto did a great job on the returns and paint and I informed Wayne (who had not been very cordial on the phone with my wife previously) when he came by to pick up the check.
