He gave me a reasonable quote. The very next day, he and his crew made the repairs. They were professional, friendly, and performed excellent work. They had to replace some wood around the frame of my storm door, paint it, and rehang my door. I can't tell that the frame was ever damaged. They also adjusted my front door so it had less of a gap between the frame and closed better to eliminate drafts. Andy was very particular about the work done. He called to follow up with me on the estimate. I wasn't home at the time and he left a message. I always appreciate it when a service provider checks back. It makes me feel like they want my business. I give him an A+ for doing that. I liked Roger. A minor health issue come up in my family and I decided to table the project for the time being. <br />"
